Alyssa offers classes in yoga, ballet, and barre. She started taking classes after college to maintain an active lifestyle and after several weeks and seeing progress, she fell in love! Alyssa is patient and powerful in her instruction, her classes are sure to refresh and appropriately challenge your body and mind.

Beth has been teaching Yoga for 30-plus years focusing her energy on the Iyengar style. Her main priorities are to teach postures correctly in order to prevent injuries and to receive the benefits the postures are designed to provide. Beth has taught various workshops, private lessons and periodically teaches outside Yoga at Firestone in Columbiana, Ohio. Beth has operated her own entity “Body by Beth” since 1995. Beth is certified through AFAA, currently affiliated with NASM. Beth’s has also taught Pilates, Muscle Toning and Cardio.
Robbie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years! When scoliosis and joint pain had her searching for answers, she found yoga, which has improved her strength, balance and ability to move pain free. Her experience in massage therapy gives her the ability to see posture and movement from a clearer perspective.

Shelly is a Clinical Social Worker with 15 years experience in working with victims of trauma. She received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Pittsburgh. Her experience includes homeless work and addiction treatment with the Salvation Army, inpatient physical rehabilitation social work, and mental health treatment for veterans. Shelly provided outpatient mental health treatment to military and veterans at the Cleveland VA Medical Center and created a Military Sexual Trauma Group for female veterans that were victims of sexual assault. For the past 8 years she has been working for the U.S. Air Force as a Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Coordinator. She is a licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor and she is a certified in the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Program, Level 4.
Shelly is a Level 1 iRest Teacher. Her passion is working with military members, military families, and civilian community partner
Emily started doing yoga 5 years ago at Fred Astaire studio in Youngstown, Ohio. She began going two days a week and quickly realized it was something that really calmed her anxiety down and helped with depression . Moving on to Pūr Yoga in Boardman, Ohio and leading on to take her Empower yoga 200 hour teacher training with Melissa Sebes. Emily has taken multiple other workshops such as teaching yoga to cancer patients. Teaching yoga to people who may suffer from emotional traumas. Emily also has her certification for Yin yoga and is registered through the Yoga Alliance.
When not teaching, learning about, or practicing yoga. You can find Emily concert hopping, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
Cheyenne offers classes in Beginner Tap and Ballet. She has trained at Judy Conti Dance Studio for 16 years, 6 of which were spent on the studios competition team. Cheyenne graduated from East Palestine High School in 2016 and is currently studying at Kent State University to attain her Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology focusing on her Sciences and Math’s. Cheyenne wants to give her students the opportunity to express themselves through dance, as her teachers had done for her.
Cheryl first discovered yoga within the pages of a yard sale find when she was 14. After moving away from yoga towards more physical ventures, an injury brought her back. She stumbled into Power Yoga and became hooked. She expanded her skills with a Children's Yoga certification to compliment her primary career as an Elementary Teacherand enjoyed teaching yoga so much that she took her 200 hour yoga teacher certification at South Hills Power Yoga. In August of 2017 she attended a pop up Buti Yoga event and was struck by its uniqueness. She knew she had to bring it to the rest of us and was certified in August of 2017.
