This class caters to those who thrive on being pushed to their limits.  Focusing on flexibility, core strength, and balance, you will increase your energy and build strength in this class. This is a Beginner class that will offer modifications for both beginners and advanced yogis.

If you are looking to detoxify your body, you have come to the right class. We will build and use heat to increase your flexibility, increase blood flow and your heart rate and help boost your metabolism. You will work to find your edge through breath work and continuous flow. You do not have to be advanced, but it is recommended that you take other yoga classes before jumping into this one. This is not a heated class, but please keep water with you. And maybe a towel, too!

This is truly a class for anyone. Vinyasa translates to mean "connection." In this class we will connect the mind, the body, and the breath. We will build strength and flexibility within each posture. Each yogi, no matter their level of mastery will be able to adapt their own practice within this vinyasa flow class. Modifications and variations for both beginners and advanced yogis will be offered in this class.

This power class links breath with movement and incorporates a continuous flow of poses to create internal heat. Power yoga will increase and test your strength, balance, and flexibility- leaving you feel calm and stress free.

While this is an all levels class, some previous yoga experience is helpful.

Gentle (Chair) Yoga w/ Robbie

Enjoy a softer approach to yoga with some flow. In this class, emphasis is placed on gentle stretches and proper alignment using props and chairs. You will learn postures, terminology, and proper breathing technique.

No prior yoga necessary.

Iyengar Yoga w/Beth

This is truly a class for anyone. In this class we will connect the mind, the body, and the breath. We will build strength and flexibility within each posture. Each yogi, no matter their level of mastery will be able to adapt their own practice within this Iyengar class. Modifications and variations for both beginners and advanced yogis will be offered in this class.

All Levels Vinyasa w/Beth, Becky, Delphine or Robbie

A great class for whatever level you are at and two offerings, Thursday at 5:45pm with Beth and a rotating schedule on Saturday mornings, 9am with either Becky, Delphine or, occaisionally, Robbie. In this class we will connect the mind, the body, and the breath. We will build strength and flexibility within each posture. Each yogi, no matter their level of mastery will be able to adapt their own practice within this vinyasa flow class. Modifications and variations for both beginners and advanced yogis will be offered in this class.

Slow Flow to Yin w/Emily

Enjoy a softer approach to yoga with some flow. In this class, emphasis is placed on gentle stretches
